Want Open Delivery?
MENHOOD™ doesn’t provide open delivery, because the shipping is done with 3rd party logistics and they do not allow open delivery of any shipment. But don’t worry, Trust us and take the shipment, you will get exactly what you ordered, also, our customer service team is always there to help you.
How can I Cancel and get a Refund for my order?
  • You can cancel the order by logging in to your account on "menhood.in".
  •  You can also send us an email to care@menhood.in or drop the message on our Whatsapp Chat Support: +91 7727020237 to cancel your order.
  •  The order can be canceled only if the product has not been shipped.
  •  Once the product is shipped it cannot be canceled.
  •  Prepaid Orders (Razorpay, Snapmint, Simpl, UPI, etc) cannot be cancelled as they ship directly. However, you can contact us to cancel your order within 1 hours of placing the Prepaid order, but, it should not be shipped.

Do you accept returns?

  • As an important part of our value chain, we accepts returns.
  •  Product can be returned only if found defective or not as described. Also, the shipment should not be tampered and transparent tape should be there. Always do make an unboxing video of a shipment as it is required to manage issues smoothly.
  •  Customer need to contact within 3 days of Delivery.

My order arrived damaged

  •  Please refuse to accept the parcel if it is not intact. However, due to any reason if you accepted it please make an unboxing video of the parcel to avoid any inconvenience.

I received the wrong product. What should I do?
We ask all customers to check your original orders and compare your product against the website when you receive it. If you believe you received the wrong item, or your order is damaged, please contact us within 2 days so we can work with you to correct the issue.
What if I do not like the product or get the defective one?
We, at MENHOOD™, work to ensure that you get what you see on our website. We are always here to help you with any issue, however, we do offer a refund only in case you find a defective or damaged product and we are not able to replace it.
I found something else in my parcel that is not my product?
We here in MENHOOD™ have three layers of quality check of an item so you get the exact same product in the parcel, However, if there is anything seems suspicious then please reject the receiving of the order and if you receive it then always make an unboxing video of the parcel for your safe side.
What should I do when seller calls their product to get it checked?
When you raise an issue for the defective or damaged product through our any channel, then after the approval of the product call, you will be informed, so, before the hand over of the product to the pickup man always make a video during packing of the parcel, it ensures that we get the same product that you have packed.
Warranty, Terms and Conditions
  • After the 7 days a customer has to send their product on their own expenses to claim the Warranty and after testing, if there are no issues found with the product then a customer will have to pay a 99/-INR as shipping charges.
  •  If we receive the wrong/mismatched product then in such cases Menhood won't be liable for any dispute, in this condition, the customer will have to investigate the issue with the concerned logistics, but as proof, Menhood will provide you a video/image of unboxing the product's box.
  •  Wear & Tear cases and issues that occur due to short circuits, rusting don't come under the warranty, also, the blade, cable, and other accessories that come with the trimmer are not under warranty.
  •  You should not open or try to open the product as it will void the warranty of a trimmer.
  •  A trimmer can be replaced only two times if needed or unable to get repaired in the whole warranty period.
  •  Use only genuine Menhood grooming trimmers charging cable and standard mobile charge adapter(~5V-12V/1.5A-3A) to charge trimmers/ Nosar.
  •  Warranty will be void if found charging with another cable, charger, high output adapter, direct 220v charge cable /direct connection with 220V etc
  •  All the conditions are applicable on all customers of Menhood including other marketplace(FlipKart, Amazon)
  • Menhood reserves the right to cancel and refund any order, without prior notice to the customer, if the ordered product is not part of our current catalog or is a test product. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund for the order.

How much time it takes to reach me?

It will be delivered internationally within 5-12 days. However, the logistics is the third party so sometimes it may take more time than usual.
